Cherry Tree Barn is a luxury two bedroom holiday let in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside

Cherry Tree Barn is located in the grounds of Hazeland Lodge, an old hunting lodge for Bowood House estate. A peaceful location, with stunning views and lots to do on the doorstep, come and enjoy your own little piece of the Wiltshire countryside.

On site facilities include a heated swimming pool and tennis court, and with many outstanding local attractions near by, including Bowood House, Lacock Abbey, Avebury and Stonehenge, not to mention the beautiful City of Bath, you will be sure to enjoy your stay.

Wow! What a fantastic find. Quiet location set in lovely countryside. A great pub is only a 5 minute walk. Lots to see nearby, including Avebury and Bath. We had a warm welcome on arrival and the accommodation had everything we needed. We loved using the newly resurfaced tennis court and heated pool. The kids loved this place as much as we did. We will definitely return!

What a wonderful escape with some much to do. We loved the use of the pool, tennis court and play area. There is so much to see and to do locally. We had children with us so loved Bowood, Jungle Parc and we hired bikes from Bradford nearby and cycled to Bath.
The best most relaxing week!

Cherry Tree Barn is in the most idyllic, tranquil setting with stunning views across the valley. The barn is fabulous - spacious, all mod cons, clean and comfortable. The facilities (pool and tennis court) are brilliant to have right there to use. With a warm welcome from Marion, this all made for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

This is a lovely space in a great location. The swimming pool is well maintained and the play equipment provided was above and beyond expected. In a quiet location with nice walks near by but in easy reach of towns and other places to visit.

Fantastic cottage in a beautiful location. Perfect for walks, tennis & swims, with plenty more to do in the surrounding area if you’re feeling more adventurous. Tho it’s so pleasant it’s quite possible you’ll be content to stay local and properly relax.

A lovely little hideaway. The perfect location for feeling that you’re away from it all, when you’re actually only a few minutes from all the amenities you could need. Marion was very attentive and maintained fantastic communication when it came to organising our stay. No request was too much and she happily provided us with anti-allergy bedding, a cot and a high chair to make our stay as simple as possible. The property had a wonderful, homely feel. Everything was beautifully clean and kept so cosy and warm. We’ll definitely be booking to stay again!

Wir haben hier 2 wunderbare Wochen verbracht, nicht zuletzt aufgrund der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft von Marion und Ihrer ganzen Familie - wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks here, not least because of the warm hospitality of Marion and her whole family
- we’ll be back!

Marion’s place is great. The barn is nicely decorated and you have a lot of outside space. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. Our son loved playing on the tennis court and in the little play area. We highly recommend this place.

We really loved staying st Marion’s beautiful place; it was extremely comfortable and was perfect for us and our 2 children, who particularly enjoyed the swings and ride on tractor and car outside, as well as the sheep visible from the end of the tennis court! A few minutes walk from an excellent pub lunch, set in beautiful scenery and a short drive from a fascinating historic World Heritage sight. The barn was cosy and warm and we loved the luxurious bedding and fluffy towels! The open log fire was a lovely treat to relax in front of with a glass of wine. Beautifully peaceful and Marion was an extremely accommodating host who made us feel extremely comfortable. We thoroughly recommend Cherry Tree Barn and would definitely love to visit again!

Definitely Recommend!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and we had a lovely time. The barn is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay to really feel at home. We visited Stonehenge & Longleat Safari Park during our visit which are also great days out. Also visited a local Italian restaurant called Antica Roma which Marion mentioned in her folder all about the barn and it was absolutely beautiful - definitely worth a visit & barely 10 minutes away.

Comfortable, cosy and warm barn, well equipped and with some added bonuses you don’t find in many places. It’s in a great spot within easy reach of some lovely places to visit, and a nice area for activities if you’re feeling energetic - cycling and jogging along the old railway line, and a tennis court! Perfect for a long weekend. The pool is lovely, even Mum used it every day so it must have been warm enough! We didn’t eat at the local pub but the menu looked wonderful so we would do next time. Thanks Marion for great communication and the chance for a relaxing weekend away.

Very stylish and super clean - with everything that you could want during your stay. Beds were very comfy and the swimmming pool was a wonderful bonus for a dip each evening. All in all - one of the best AirBnb places that we have stayed in and wonderful hosts who were most welcoming.

Cherry Tree Barn is set in the most beautiful location - we watched the sun set over the Wiltshire countryside on our first night and felt instantly relaxed!

Fabulous family holiday

We are just back from a fantastic week at Cherry Tree Barn in beautiful Wiltshire. The barn was a superb and very comfortable base for us. Every little detail was thought of the small things like cooking oil, welcome pack with tea coffee and milk and enough loo rolls for the week made the difference for us. Our children made use of the pool most days despite the mixed weather due to the lovely temperature of the pool which was extremely warm. We made various day trips including: City of bath, legoland (1hr and a half drive), bowood house, longleat safari park, Lacock Abbey, Castle Coombe Village and Dryham Park. Marion was very helpful with recommendations. We enjoyed a nice meal at the Dumb Post Inn at the top of the hill
